This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Conveniently located in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this last minute rental house is close enough to the beach to be there within moments, but far enough away to provide a private atmosphere. The three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for guests, and the pet-friendly policy allows you to bring along your treasured small furry companion (with a $300 deposit). The welcoming interior of this rental house provides plush seating, and the covered front porch provides a great spot to dine or relax. The hardwood and ceramic flooring give Audrey House an airy feeling, perfect for putting up your feet to enjoy a DVD, watch a program on one of the flatscreen TVs, or browse the Cloud with the provided WIFI. No need to worry about dragging sand back from the beach, just spend a moment using the outside shower!
Grab a suit, and head to the beach, just a few moments away. The beach is a perfect place to nap and to work on the perfect read or perfect tan. Your cares will drop away when you splash in the coastal surf, pick up shells, or build a sandcastle. Staring out at the waves is always a source of inspiration-you may need to bring a sketchpad or a notepad to capture your beach memories. When it is time for more active beach and water fun, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has so much to offer. There is great fishing available, both from piers and from outings you book. Deep sea fishing excursions, dolphin watching cruises, sailboats, and pontoons are all available from local providers. For the truly adventurous, SCUBA diving and parasailing will provide excitement.
Away from the water, and your vacation rental house, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina provides a multitude of activities for you to enjoy!
