This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Atlantic Diamond puts a location beyond the second row on your vacation agenda at this house in Atlantic Beach. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, Atlantic Diamond sleeps 6 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 6-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
An outdoor shower offers a convenient place to rinse away sand after beach time. It is a small but useful part of the transition from outdoor activities to the rest of your day. A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day. Interior details include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Outdoor spaces include a covered porch with seating. Make room in the day to pause outside between your other plans.
Outdoor amenities include a charcoal grill. Leave some time for a meal or a break outside as part of your visit. The bedrooms have a 55-inch TV. The property offers double oven and air fryer. The primary bedroom has a 65-inch TV. The living room has a 75-inch TV. The property offers an entertainment room and PS5. Recreation features outdoors include cornhole and four in a row. It is another way to spend time together without turning every activity into an outing. Outdoor spaces include a screened in back porch. Make room in the day to pause outside between your other plans. Features include extra wide doors throughout.
A game together can be a simple way to bring everyone back to the same activity after a day of different plans. Make time for a little friendly competition, a few laughs, and the conversations that happen along the way. We look forward to welcoming you to Atlantic Diamond and helping you enjoy your time away.
Please Note: We rent to families only.
House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.

Guest Reviews
My family and small pet found the Atlantic Diamond to be comforting and convenient for coming and going to the beach . This home was modern and welcoming with good security features. We enjoyed the large tvs that already had streaming available on them .
We have been staying here for the last 3 years. It works great great for my family and my disabled son!

Beautiful place to stay. Well maintained and just steps away from the beach.
Beautiful home, and so close to everything . Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home
This house is beautiful and very clean. Ocean view and a short walk to the beach. I love the fact that dogs are welcome. I will definitely book this house again and recommend to others.
This was a magical stay! The place was beautiful, and the location was insanely good! I don't know how a beautiful rental two blocks from the beach (with no houses in front) was available - this is a secret that won't stay secret for long. Outstanding experience and stay from start to finish.
New 2022 home. Beautiful home and in front of the beach. Elliott has good communication and is friendly
Talk about a convenient location. Just a short walk to the beach with no other buildings blocking the view. Having a desk/office so I could answer a few work emails was the perfect addition. The house as a whole is beautiful and my family would love to visit again in the future.
