We want to thank the owners for allowing our family to enjoy Ashworth 1302 for a week. We originally booked another property, but had to be rebooked at the last minute, and we were very happy with how everything worked out. This condo was a great choice! The condo itself is very modern, spacious, and comfortable. The master bathroom shower is great, although the water pressure from the main shower head is pretty low. We found ourselves using the handheld shower head to get better pressure. We have stayed at several other properties in the area, and by far, this condo had the best patio furniture. It is all new, very comfortable, and made it really enjoyable to sit outside and take in the early morning sunrise or relax in the evening. The property overall is very well maintained. The pool is on the smaller side, and there were a lot of children using it during the week we were there, so it could be difficult to find space. That said, we come to the beach to enjoy the beach, so this was not a major issue for us. Our only other minor complaint would be the elevators. There are four elevators, but there is very little air movement, so they get extremely hot, especially during the warmer parts of the day. Overall, we would definitely stay at Ashworth and this resort again. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the owners sharing their condo with our family. She made what could have been a stressful situation work out perfectly.

I came here in 1976 when I was four years old, stayed here at this same property location since Bel-Air Hotel 3 story building - I have probably stayed at the Ashworth about 20 times with family and shared a condo. This year was just my family. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room! We loved everything! I would recommend this condo to friends and family! I appreciate the cleanliness of grounds, elevators, pool, hot tub and lazy River! Staff by pool side was nice! One thing I didn't like was all the weed being smoked, with kids around, my wife and I could smell it everyday down by the pool area. It's was coming from up above in one of the rooms. Wish we could use inflatable chairs in lazy River. Really no complaints! 10 out of 10 stars. Week came and went fast!

Ash worth 1302 is a nice, clean unit and was well equipped for our stay. The complex itself is well a maintained and staff friendly. Elliott Rentals took excellent care of us after a slight hiccup in our reservations (no fault of theirs or ours). As a footnote… I loved the way our unit was decorated!

Loved this unit! The walk in shower was great for my husband. We hope to come down in November and stay longer. Special thanks to Nicole, Marci, Sarah and Nicole and Patricia for a great welcome and a beautiful stay with Elliott Beach Rentals. Let Rome know who works at Ashworth he is top knotch!

We found the unit to be well furnished and clean. The balcony furniture was fantastic and being on the 13th floor was quite nice. The only thing I could find that needs repair is the door knob in the master bathroom. If you close the door, it’s difficult to then open.as it’s loose. We didn’t have a screw driver to tighten it. Thank you.

 Overall, the best one we have stayed in at Ashworth.

We had a fantastic experience at Elliott Beach Rentals! The home was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. The team was friendly and responsive, and checking in was effortless. Our time here was wonderful, and we would gladly stay with Elliott Beach Rentals again

Excellent except for ceiling in master bathroom shower is falling off and this was mentioned last winter when I stayed here.
