This was our first time in Anchorage II 205 and by far our favorite beach rental (any location). It’s decorated just like the pictures, beach themed and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with the added bonus of an empty pantry to place groceries so they weren’t spread all over the counter! We were visiting our grown kids and newborn grandson who live in MB, so only three of our family stayed in 205. Our children would come over to spend the day at the beach and let grandmom babysit. We ate comfortably at the dining table each evening, and then relaxed in the comfortable living room or on the balcony. The 2nd floor balcony has a wonderful view of the ocean and sits right above the courtyard pool. Absolutely perfect. The walk across N. Ocean Blvd. to the beach is simple and quick, and there’s a shower available to rinse off on your way back. There’s a full size washer and dryer, so no walking to shared coin-operated laundry. All in all the week’s stay was one of our most comfortable to date. I’m a little hesitant to give such a rave review because I’d like it to be available next time! The only (slight) negative, though it’s still well worth a 5-star rating, is we didn’t have kitchen or bath hand towels or bath mats. (That could be a housekeeping issue.) We ran to Dollar General and got the necessary items, and to be honest we didn’t ask if any were available. Considering we didn’t have to pay to rent linens for the week, that was a small cost to make the week more comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful week in 205. We hope it’s available next time we visit!

We have been staying at the Anchorage II 205 since 1983. It is an amazing place and we have come twice a year since 2019. We have never had an issue until this year. We had to have you guys come and fix the air conditioner and the toilet. The problems were fixed immediately. I want to give a big shout out to Artie who came and fixed the toilet. He is an asset to your team and needs to be recognized for it. I also did not get the girls name that I talked to to report the problem. She was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. I am sorry I didn't get the mans name who fixed the air conditioner at 10:30 P.M. We are already booked for next year and can't wait to come back.

The condo was great. It had the listed amenities and more. The condo complex had a wonderful pool and was right across the street from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. It was perfectly clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable, the view of the ocean from the patio was beautiful, and the AC on the hot summer days was nice to come home to. The main issue we had during our week stay that is out of the renters control was the noise coming from the condo directly above us. Other than the noise from above we had a lovely week here!

The master bedroom bed is extremely uncomfortable. The mattress has worn in depressions on both sides of the bed. We even tried rotating the mattress, but that didn’t help.

Maggie was nice and professional! She called 2 days prior to our check in to inform us of the fridge issue.

The condo is well appointed and the location is wonderful. The TVs are a little hard to figure out, but nothing major.

This condo is really beautiful, decorations impressive. Kitchen very well equipped. Should provide instruction booklets for TV and washer and dryer. We have been coming to MB for many years both short term and longer and this is the best condo we have ever rented. Close to beach, across the street. Shopping not too far away. Wish we could have stayed longer. Departure is early tomorrow morning on the 12th.

We have been staying with you since 1983, we love the price , the unit was upgraded and the location is awesome. We stay here twice a year with you guys it is worth the 700 mile drive. Thank you so much
