76th Avenue Townhomes Unit A is a well-maintained 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath 1st floor rental located in Myrtle Beach that offers plenty of space to rest, relax and have a wonderful beach vacation.
Located just second row from the ocean, you’ll love the location and amenities of this townhome. When you walk through the front door you’ll enter the cozy living room, with comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily make your favorite meals or pack snacks for the beach. On the private patio you’ll find a gas grill, so you can have a classic summer BBQ every night! We had a wonderful experience with Elliott rentals. The condo was very nice, cozy and clean. Rave review: The A/C had a malfunction one evening while we were out at dinner. Elliott Rentals had a very kind repair gentlemen (Matthew) there within 20 min. The maintenance from the call to finish took no more than 45 minutes. The crazy part? it was 9:30 pm. This speaks volumes of the commitment this company has for their guests. We will be staying again. Thank
It was very cozy, big enough to comfortably fit our family of 5. Very close to the beach. The assigned parking spot in front of the condo was so convenient.
Felt like home. Not a fancy place but perfect for a remote working location, and surprise ti be close to the beach.
Family enjoyed our stay!
Great location to the beach. Loved being able to bring out dogs and staying in a house instead of a condo with other units on the sides, above, and below… not having to go through hallways and elevators… and parking right outside the door was a huge plus. One of the things that we didn’t ‘like’ or was other than advertised is the unit said it had a king size bed, but both of the larger beds were only full size. We will still look to book here again in the future though!
My family and I stayed here for a week and had the absolute best time! This was our first time renting through Elliott Beach Rentals and it was a seamless process. This house was super cute and was a convenient, quick walk to the beach which was perfect for our toddlers with many places to walk our dog. We would definitely recommend this location and we’ve already talked about coming back again as soon as we can!
Great location and beautiful apartment.
Our family of 6 had a good time at this property. It's just one block away from the beach and walking distance from many restaurants and stores. This is a cozy place, equipped with all of the essentials for a joyful beach trip. We had an initial issue with the bed linens but the host was quick to correct. We recommend Elliot's place and we are thankful for their willingness to help our family make good memories during our trip.
We needed a door handle fixed and the repair was done in the time we were told.
Place was very clean. No complaints at all. Would stay again
