This is a beautiful home and a perfect location. Only a block and a half walk to the beach. The view front the front deck at sunset is breathtaking. Peaceful mornings spent on the front deck overlooking the marsh was one of my favorite ways to begin my day. In the evening, a relaxing sit on the back deck overlooking the channel was also a favorite way to wind down from the day. Having a walkway from the front deck to the back deck was great and kept us from having to go through the house to get front one to the other. The elevator was very helpful in transporting all of our luggage and supplies! Not having to lug everything up steps was a treat. Just as information, during the day the bedrooms got pretty warm and a little stuffy from the heat but by bedtime they were cooled down, and it was very comfortable sleeping. Having a nice floor fan in the two King bedrooms was very helpful. The Twin room didn't cool down as much even by nighttime. The Queen room has a ceiling fan but a small table fan was a helpful addition at night. The kitchen came well equipped. The whole house, as well as all of the outside spaces were decorated beautifully. We would definitely stay at 7 Sunsets and Waterways again!!!
We LOVED everything about our stay at 7 Sunsets and Waterviews. This house has a home, but beach, feel. The view is the BEST! The name of the house is definitely fitting. We enjoyed the sunset each night from the front porch. The elevator was such a blessing! My Mom ended up at Seacoast Hospital for two nights during our stay due to having difficulty breathing. Thanks to the elevator, we were able to bring her back to the house to enjoy the last day of vacation. I would love to stay here again!
LOVE IT!
We stayed at 7 Sunset and Waterviews and we loved it. It was conveniently located to all the local places we wanted to go and the home was very clean, inviting and cozy. Located on the canal where we did plenty of fishing off the back deck and dock. We grilled and ate dinner outside in the lounge area under the home and played corn hole as a family. The elevator was such a great help with my elderly parents, bringing in luggage and groceries. This vacation was everything we hoped it would be. Thanks to the owner of the home and Elliot beach rentals for helping us make a lot of beautiful and fun memories that will last us a lifetime.
Overall, this is our favorite house that we’ve stayed in at the beach. 10/10 would recommend!!
