This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
They say that if you change your latitude… your attitude will quickly adjust. That’s why LATITUDE ADJUSTMENT is the perfect spot for your next North Myrtle Beach vacation rental. This is a freshly renovated beach house about 150 feet from the beach access.
Relax on the upstairs sundeck or sit back enjoy a cool drink of one of the two covered porches. Latitude Adjustment has the perfect kitchen for those home cooked meals; however, don’t forget to try one of the many restaurants the Grand Strand has to offer.
This fabulous beach house is pet friendly with a three hundred dollar refundable deposit. No smoking in this home. There is a gas range in the home along with washer and dryer and Wifi available. Latitude Adjustment sleeps eight, a queen bed in room one, a bunk bed with full and twin mattresses in room two, and room three downstairs has a queen-sized bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. You won’t be disappointed with your stay.

I can’t say enough good things about this cute beach house. The beds are so comfy, the showers are awesome! The house is clean and inviting. I can’t decide which space is my favorite! The back deck, the front patio, the egg chairs…I can’t decide. I love that you can hear the ocean from the bedrooms at night, you can see a slice of the beach from the porch. It was the perfect size for our girls weekend and I will recommend Latitude Adjustment anytime I’m asked for a recommendation!!
I cannot say enough about this adorable home! It’s just the right size for girls weekend or small family. The location is perfect and walking distance to shops and restaurants/bars plus only steps from the beach. The outdoor space on the ground level was my absolute favorite hangout spot! You won’t be disappointed!
I can’t say enough about this cozy house and location. First things first, I was able to bring my fur babies. There is a back for them to play and we sat on the front porch and back deck daily. The house is gorgeous. It has everything you possibly need. You can see the ocean from all the upstairs beds. GORGEOUS. The downstairs is like its own little private apartment. There’s a nice sitting area downstairs with HANGING EGG CHAIRS!!!! I will definitely be back, even if it’s a staycation. Thank you for your hospitality!!!!
We had so much fun staying here! The house is so so cute and had everything we needed! I lovedddd the location, just a short walk away from the beach. I highly recommend staying here!!!
Beautiful house if I could give it 10 stars I would! Everything we could dream from a house this close to the Ocean. Clean, comfortable, spacious! Girls trip for 5 was perfect. And did I say close to the beach? Yup, walks with coffee in hand was my favorite daily thing. We booked again for next time.
