This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Blue Marlin is a beautiful beach house located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC. A palm tree greets you as you pull up to the property. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom house is spacious and will be comfortable for families, golf groups, and girlfriend getaways. Guests will be close to the beach, restaurants, and popular attractions. This luxury rental is pet-friendly, so you don’t have to leave your favorite furry friend behind. The pet deposit is $300, and there is a weight restriction of 35 lbs. and under. You will feel right at home, with plenty of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will want for nothing while staying at Blue Marlin.
Blue Marlin is a newly constructed Ranch style home, decorated with light colors, nautical décor, and tile flooring. Rainy days or chilly weather will not keep guests from having fun. There are four flatscreen smart TVs—one is in the living room and there is a TV in each bedroom. The 40” smart TV even has Roku. There is also complimentary WIFI which can be accessed anywhere in the house. Each bedroom is set up for guests to have a good night’s rest, and each bed has a Nectar mattress. The kitchen is truly gourmet, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is plenty of lighting in the kitchen as well, so you will be able to prepare ingredients with ease and confidence. There is also plenty of space, including storage space for snacks and drinks. Beside the kitchen is a dining area set up in front of the sliding glass door which brings in natural light.
Walk through the sliding glass doors and into a fenced-in backyard with a furnished patio. There is also a gas grill. You will have everything you need to host a backyard family BBQ. You will be able to cook during the summer months without using the oven if you choose to use the gas grill. Serve up afternoon cocktails and sit on the patio, soaking up the sun and feeling the ocean breeze. The ocean is only a two-minute walk away. If you choose to spend time at the beach, the patio is a great area to lay out wet beach towels or bathing suits that you don’t want to put in the dryer. The backyard is also spacious enough for kids to run and play. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer and central heating and air.
The Blue Marlin is truly in a perfect location, close to the beach and favorite attractions that bring visitors back year after year. Close by is a family favorite, the Family Kingdom Amusement Park. Make your inner child happy by snacking on your favorite fair foods or riding one of the roller coasters. Kids of all ages love to visit an amusement park. There is also the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, where you can play arcade games, buy souvenirs, and ride the Myrtle Beach Skywheel. Walk along the Boardwalk and take in the sights and sounds of the coast—from the waves crashing on the shore to seagulls soaring above. The house was perfectly clean and very spacious. We loved the fenced back yard! The floors are beautiful, and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking and making coffee. The washer and dryer work wonderfully, and the dishwasher came in very handy. The house is beautifully decorated and has a very homey feel
We had a wonderful stay in this property! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed in order to be comfortable. It is very close to the beach, but not so close that we could hear any of the partying on the main strip, so we really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs (who also enjoyed their stay!)
Great place, quick walk to the beach and lots to do in the area. The best part is that, it's pet friendly. The fenced in backyard was really nice and convenient for the dogs after playing in the ocean. Everything was great, the only thing was the garden hose had been frozen and busted this winter, no biggie. We bought one and left it there. we thank you
I was extremely impressed with this home! My family and I felt at home. I really love the fact that we could literally walk to the beach and get there in about (5)minutes …GREAT! Dash had a fun time at the home as well as our walks to the beach. Dash is my little doggy lol. The home was clean well maintained which is always a plus for me. I highly recommend and we will be returning in the near future. Thank you so much for this beautiful home!
We had a wonderful stay. Perfect home for two families (4 adults and 3 kids) to spread out. The home is exactly as described and perfectly located to the beach and main attractions of Myrtle. Highly recommend and we would stay again!
We absolutely loved the place! It was great for our family! The night lights were a good touch, the rolling coffee table was very easy to move, the entry way table was convenient and the guest book was so personable. Also we felt very safe inside the house thanks to your extra security measures: back door (lock and sliding door lock), deadbolt on the garage door, and the front door locks (with ability to customize code). You've thought of everything for extending the quality of the house (outlet covers, table top/dresser/bedside table protectors, movies, cup coasters) We are looking forward to visiting again in the future. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a short walk to the beach and restaurants in the area. The house itself was fairly clean, but we did have to request someone to come clean the grill. The neighborhood was okay. We plan on staying here again in the future!

The vacation home was very new, clean and very spacious. Loved the fenced in yard for the dog. Beds were comfortable. Very short walk to the beach and amusement park. Some of the late night people made me a bit nervous but never really any problems. Overall a very nice vacation.
Very nice open concept new build home. Neighborhood was a bit questionable. Beds were very comfy however the couches were not comfortable. Loved that we could bring our pets with as well.
