This two bedroom, two bath non-smoking condo will comfortably accommodate adults for a week or longer. With an elevator in the resort and central heat and air in the room, you will enjoy staying no matter the season and monthly winter rates are available.
This well-maintained rental condo is comfortable and furnished with bright, plush furnishings and subdued colors. You will love the view from the balcony just off the living room. It will be a favorite spot for watching the sunrise and sunset over the Atlantic Ocean.
Avista Resort 1108 has flatscreen CCTVs and DVD players, so everyone can enjoy a favorite show or movie. WIFI is also available to keep you in contact with work or your social media friends.
The kitchen is a cozy galley, with everything the home cook needs to prepare family meals and speedy breakfasts for a crowd. The breakfast bar makes serving a quick meal fun. Full-size appliances and lots of cupboard space will hold everyone’s snacks and meals. A washer and dryer in the condo will make laundry easy too.
Outside of Avista Resort 1108 you will find it is a huge complex, with a fitness center, bar and a restaurant. Did I mention the pools?
