This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Choose your own vacation rhythm in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach at Birdie Beach, a house vacation rental with 7 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom and sleeps 24 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. Birdie Beach is pet-friendly for a pet 40 pounds or less. For a group of up to 24, those accommodation details give you a clear starting point for organizing the stay and deciding who will share bedrooms.
A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. The balcony is a place to take a break and enjoy that outlook without making a separate outing part of your plans.
A game room gives your group a way to spend time together at the property. It can be part of the day’s plans or an option when you want to stay in for a while. You will also find outdoor television and an 85-inch in the living room. Features include chess, checkers, arcade games and pool table. Great place! I’d stay there again. Love the kitchen/dining room setup. Pool is great with the seating area. Overall it’s a great place. NBA Jams brought back some memories!
I’d be happy to stay at Birdie Beach again. The house had plenty of space for our group and was well-equipped with amenities, including video games, a pool table, and a large TV with streaming apps for watching sports. The best part of this property was the location. It was an easy walk to Cherry Grove Beach, several restaurants, the IGA grocery store, and even the liquor store, making it incredibly convenient. We really enjoyed our stay overall, I would definitely consider staying here again.
Lots of common areas. Close to beach. Loved all the tables as we play games. Liked separate, larger game room. 2 fridges. Pool and hot tub, grill. Lots of outdoor lights by neighbors—solution is black shades or curtains in rear bedrooms.
